For deadline-sensitive orders, it’s best to book an appointment with me to ensure your shoes are ready on time. This also applies to all gift items.

I work with several resellers, so if you provide the desired shoe size and type, we can find the most suitable base shoe for you. In this case, the cost of the shoe must be paid in advance.
I also accept shoes ordered and brought by you, provided the shoe's condition is suitable for the design.

I can accept lightly used shoes in good condition with an additional cleaning fee, which is assessed after evaluating the shoe’s condition. Unfortunately, I cannot accept shoes that have been worn for a longer time.. These policies help ensure high-quality designs. I use products and paints specifically designed for shoes, ensuring that your shoes stay as durable as possible. Each custom shoe is finished with a waterproof coating and a protective layer.

You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or shipped by mail.

Due to the customization of the product, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for hand-painted items. Therefore, please double-check the information and size you provide when ordering.

Each pair of shoes comes with a cleaning guide, and you can also find tips on the website for prolonging your favorite shoes' life.
Avoid using chemicals or products containing alcohol or acetone. Machine washing is not recommended. Hand cleaning is the best method to ensure no damage during the process, as sensitive materials can be damaged in the machine, and the heat from the dryer can deform the shoes. Additionally, washing large items like sneakers can damage your washing machine.
If you use dish soap, be cautious: dilute it in plenty of water, as concentrated dish soap can discolor certain materials or strip natural oils from them.

It's recommended to reapply a waterproof spray about every three months after cleaning a custom shoe. Various waterproofing sprays can work well for this, and popular waterproof sprays from shoe stores are recommended to keep your custom in top shape for a long time.
